01What this site is
EigenFlow runs this page to publish working papers and to answer people who have received email from us. Reading it creates no relationship between us beyond the one described here, and no statement on this page modifies whatever contract may separately govern the software.
Our platform lives elsewhere: eigenflow.pro for the product, app.eigenflow.pro to open an account.
02Citing the papers
Quote, cite, and link freely with attribution. The published paper is hosted on SSRN and its use is governed by that repository's terms. Please cite the SSRN record rather than this page, since the record is versioned and this page is not.
Lee, Abbie R. and Koh, Andrew, "What the Model Remembers: Artificial Intelligence, General Partners, and Information Production in Private Markets" (2026). SSRN 7055898.
Work described as in preparation has not been peer reviewed and may change substantially before it circulates. Please do not cite it.
03Using the site
Read, link, share, quote. What we ask against is narrow: no passing yourself off as EigenFlow, no claiming a connection to us that does not exist, and nothing that would take the page down for other readers. Crawl it if you like, within reason.
04Mail from this domain
Anything genuine we send passes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checks, comes from an identified colleague here, and includes a functioning way to opt out.
Received something that fails any part of that test? Send it to gp@eigenflow.pro with the headers intact. We look at every such report inside one working day, and where the complaint holds up we shut the source off straight away.
Want us to stop writing altogether? Answer any message with the word stop, click the opt-out link, or mail the address above. Whichever you choose, you come off the list that day and stay off.
05No advice, no offer
What you find here is scholarship and background. Treat it as neither professional guidance in any discipline nor an invitation to transact: no fund interest, share, or other instrument is being marketed on this page. Product descriptions capture how things stood when written and will drift as the software changes.
06Intellectual property and links
Our name, our mark, and what we have written here are ours, or licensed to us. Companies and products mentioned in passing are the property of whoever owns them, and naming someone is not a claim that they endorse us or we them. Outbound links, whether to SSRN or to our own product, lead to pages we do not run, so their contents and uptime are outside what we can answer for.
07Liability, law, and changes
We publish this page without warranty. So far as the law allows, we accept no responsibility for knock-on or indirect losses someone suffers through using it. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, none of the above excludes it.
Massachusetts law applies, setting aside its conflict-of-laws provisions. Revisions happen; when they do, the replacement appears here and the date at the head of the page moves with it.
